Introducing children to the world of martial arts — combining movement, technique, fitness and playful competition. Children learn to listen, focus, move with control and build inner confidence — all in a joyful, game-based format.
What You’ll Experience
🥋 Kihon Fundamentals
Learn the building blocks of karate. Children practice basic stances, punches, blocks and movements — building coordination, discipline and body awareness.
🥷 Kata & Kumite Arena
The art of controlled combat. Children perform kata (shadow fighting patterns) and participate in safe, guided kumite drills — building focus, balance and confidence.
⚡ Power & Agility Drills
Train like a ninja. A mix of padding drills, shadow drills and reflex games to improve agility, reaction time and body control.
💪 Core Strength & Code Game Showdown
Finish strong — and play it out. Children build core strength through fun fitness challenges, then compete in a one-to-one Code Game showdown to end the day with energy and excitement.
